SUBWAY

I went to this particular Subway (W. Rayen Ave) in Youngstown ohio last week and had HORRIBLE service. The girl who was making the sandwiches had at least 7 people in line and did not appear to know what she was doing. Someone made a comment to her about finding someone else to come out and help and she made a comment like, "I am the only one out here and going as fast as I can". Another employee looked out briefly, saw the amount of people waiting and went back in the other room. The person in front of me asked for the other employee to come out at which time she did and by the time she got to me she was downright rude like we were messing up her whole day by wanting to order lunch! Her name apparently is Shannon. I was very angry at this point and asked her what her first and last name is and she said Shannon Angeletti. She was very ignorant with the customers and I will not be going back there and probably they lost quite a few customers that day.
